1. Services Offered

Cellular Fix provides:

  • Mobile phone repair services for all major brands and models.
  • Sales of new and certified pre-owned mobile phones and accessories.
  • Additional services such as trade-ins, data recovery, and diagnostics.

2. Service Warranty
  • Repairs are covered by a limited warranty, valid only for the specific repair performed and parts replaced.
  • Warranty periods vary depending on the service and will be clearly stated at the time of repair.
  • Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or misuse after service.

3. Parts & Quality
  • We use genuine or high-quality OEM parts for repairs.
  • In some cases, compatible third-party parts may be used if original parts are unavailable, but we will always inform you beforehand.

4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before device collection or product delivery.
  • We accept cash, mobile banking, and other approved payment methods.

5. Diagnostic & Repair Authorization
  • By submitting your device for repair, you authorize Cellular Fix to perform necessary diagnostics and repairs.
  • We are not responsible for data loss during repairs; please back up your data before service.

6. Data Privacy
  • We respect your privacy and will not access, copy, or share your personal data without consent.
  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for service and transaction purposes.

7. Sales Policy
  • All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
  • Pre-owned devices are tested and sold “as is” with a limited store warranty.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is found defective under warranty conditions.

8. Trade-In Policy
  • Trade-in values are determined based on the device’s condition and market value.
  • All trade-ins must be free from stolen or blocked IMEI records.

9. Limitation of Liability
  • Cellular Fix is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or device failure unrelated to the service performed.
  • Any unclaimed devices after 60 days from the repair completion date may be disposed of or resold to recover service costs.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
